The Challenge

A large multinational corporation faced significant challenges with their manual HR onboarding process. They needed a solution to standardize and accelerate the onboarding journey.

Our Approach

YukthiX Consulting implemented an RPA solution to automate key aspects of their HR onboarding:

  1. Process Mapping: Mapped the entire HR onboarding journey, identifying repetitive tasks such as data entry into multiple systems, document generation, and access requests.
  2. RPA Solution Design: Designed an automation framework using Automation Anywhere to handle tasks like creating new employee records, sending welcome emails, initiating IT access requests, and assigning initial training modules.
  3. Bot Development & Testing: Developed and tested dedicated RPA bots to perform these tasks across various HR and IT systems (e.g., HRIS, Active Directory, Learning Management System).
  4. Integration: Ensured seamless integration of the RPA bots with existing HR and IT systems, allowing for automated data transfer and task initiation.
  5. Change Management & Training: Provided comprehensive training to the HR team on managing the automated workflows and handled change management to ensure smooth adoption.
